Privilege enjoyed by members of the Federal Assembly and the Federal Council as well as by members of authorities and senior officials and judges appointed by the Federal Assembly by which they may not be held legally accountable for statements made in the Federal Assembly or in its organs or criminal proceedings may be brought against them for an offence that is directly related to their official position or activity only if authorised by the competent committees of both Councils.

Privilège des membres de l'Assemblée fédérale et du Conseil fédéral ainsi que des membres d'autorités et des magistrats élus par l'Assemblée fédérale, selon lequel ils ne peuvent être tenus pour juridiquement responsables des propos qu'ils tienntent devant les conseils ou leurs organes ou ils ne peuvent être poursuivis pour une infraction en rapport direct avec leurs fonctions ou activités officielle qu'avec l'autorisation des commissions compétentes des deux conseils.

Privilegio dei membri dell'Assemblea federale e del Consiglio federale nonché dei membri di autorità e magistrati eletti dall'Assemblea federale, in virtù del quale essi non possono essere chiamati a rispondere in giudizio per quanto da loro espresso nelle Camere federali e nei loro organi o contro i quali non può essere promosso alcun procedimento penale per un reato direttamente connesso con la loro condizione o attività ufficiale, se non con l'autorizzazione delle commissioni competenti di ambo le Camere.
