Verfahren auf Departementsebene, das der Entscheidvorbereitung dient und bezweckt, Differenzen betreffend Geschäfte, über die der Bundesrat zu beschliessen hat, vor der Bundesratssitzung zwischen den Departementen zu bereinigen, wozu die Bundeskanzlei als Koordinationsorgan die Anträge den Departementen vorlegt und sie zur Stellungnahme einlädt.

Procedure at departmental level designed to assist in the decision-making process and with the aim of resolving differences among the departments over items of business that are to be submitted to the Federal Council for decision prior to the meeting of the Federal Council, with the Federal Chancellery acting as the coordinator by submitting the proposals to the departments and requesting that they state their opinions thereon.

Procédure interdépartementale qui sert à préparer les décisions du Conseil fédéral, en traitant, avant la séance de ce dernier, toutes les divergences entre les départements concernant les affaires que le Conseil fédéral devra trancher et qui est coordonnée par la Chancellerie fédérale qui soumet aux départements les propositions en les invitant à donner leur avis.

Procedura a livello interdipartimentale che, in vista della preparazione delle decisioni del Consiglio federale, serve ad appianare prima della seduta del Consiglio federale le divergenze che possono sorgere tra i dipartimenti in merito agli affari sui quali il Consiglio stesso è chiamato a deliberare e che è coordinata dalla Cancelleria federale che sottopone per parere le proposte ai dipartimenti.
