Von Gesetzes wegen von den Spitzenorganisationen der Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitgeber zu errichtende Vorsorgeeinrichtung, die verpflichtet ist, der Anschlusspflicht nicht nachkommende Arbeitgeber, Arbeitgeber auf deren Begehren sowie Personen als freiwillige Versicherte aufzunehmen, die Arbeitslosenversicherung anzuschliessen und für die von ihr gemeldeten Taggeldbezüger die obligatorische Versicherung durchzuführen.
