Disposition de l'accord sur la libre circulation des personnes selon laquelle, à l'expiration des périodes transitoires, la Suisse peut limiter à nouveau et temporairement le nombre d'autorisations de séjour en réintroduisant des contingents si l'immigration de main d'oeuvre en provenance de l'UE en l'espace d'un an s'avère être d'au moins 10 % supérieure à la moyenne des trois années précédentes.
