EXP: die Kindesvertretung oder Kinderanwaltschaft vertritt Kinder und Jugendliche vor dem Gericht und der KESB (Art. 314 a ZGB, Art. 290 ZPO). Sie begleitet sie durch das Verfahren, informiert sie und setzt sich dafür ein, dass ihr Wille bei Entscheiden sowie der Beurteilung ihrer Situation berücksichtigt wird. Die Kindesvertretung wird insbesondere dann angeordnet, wenn die Kinder und Jugendlichen zu wenig Gehör finden.
