Von einer Vorsorgeeinrichtung in der Regel als Rente ausgerichtete Versicherungsleistung, auf die Hinterlassene bei Tod des Versicherten, frühestens jedoch mit Beendigung dessen voller Lohnfortzahlung Anspruch haben, wenn der Verstorbene im Zeitpunkt des Todes oder bei Eintritt der Arbeitsunfähigkeit, deren Ursache zum Tode geführt hat, versichert war, wenn er infolge eines Geburtsgebrechens oder einer vor der Volljährigkeit eingetretenen Invalidität bei Aufnahme einer Erwerbstätigkeit zu 20 bis 40 Prozent arbeitsunfähig und bei Erhöhung der für den Tod ursächlichen Arbeitsunfähigkeit versichert war, oder wenn er von der Vorsorgeeinrichtung im Zeitpunkt des Todes eine Alters- oder Invalidenrente erhielt.

Insurance benefit usually paid by an occupational benefits scheme in the form of a pension, to which survivors are entitled on the death of the insured, but not before the discontinuation of the payment of the full salary, if the deceased person was insured at the time of his death or at the beginning of his incapacity to work which resulted in death, or if he was receiving a retirement or invalidity pension under the occupational benefits scheme at the time of death.

Prestation d'assurance allouée par une institution de prévoyance en règle générale sous forme de rente, à laquelle les survivants ont droit au décès de l'assuré et au plus tôt quand cesse le droit au plein salaire de ce dernier, si le défunt était assuré au moment de son décès ou au moment du début de l'incapacité de travail dont la cause est à l'origine du décès, si, à la suite d'une infirmité congénitale ou d'une invalidité survenue avant sa majorité, le défunt était atteint d'une incapacité de travail de 20 à 40 pour cent au début de l'activité lucrative et assuré lorsque l'incapacité de travail dont la cause est à l'origine de l'invalidité s'est aggravée, ou s'il recevait de l'institution de prévoyance, au moment de son décès, une rente de vieillesse ou d'invalidité.

Prestazione assicurata versata da un istituto di previdenza di regola sotto forma di rendita, cui i superstiti hanno diritto alla morte dell'assicurato e al più presto al cessare del diritto di pagamento completo del salario di quest'ultimo, se il defunto era assicurato al momento del decesso o all'insorgere dell'incapacità al lavoro la cui causa ha portato alla morte, se in seguito ad un'infermità congenita o al sopraggiungere d'invalidità prima della maggiore età presentava, all'inizio dell'attività lucrativa, un'incapacità al lavoro dal 20 al 40 per cento ed era assicurato allorché l'incapacità al lavoro, la cui causa ha portato alla morte, si è aggravata o se alla data del decesso percepiva una rendita di vecchiaia o d'invalidità dall'istituzione di previdenza.
