USG: offiziell; EXP: die Parlamentsdienste haben unter anderem die Aufgabe, die Sessionen und die Sitzungen der Kommissionen zu planen und zu organisieren, die Sekretariatsgeschäfte, die Übersetzungsarbeiten und die Protokollierung der Beschlüsse und Verhandlungen der Räte, der Vereinigten Bundesversammlung und der Kommissionen zu besorgen, eine Dokumentation zu führen und Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Dokumentation und der Informationstechnologien anzubieten, die Ratsmitglieder, insbesondere die Präsidien der Räte und der Kommissionen in Sach- und Verfahrensfragen zu beraten, die Öffentlichkeit über die Bundesversammlung und ihre Tätigkeiten zu informieren und die Bundesversammlung bei der Pflege ihrer internationalen Beziehungen zu unterstützen

USG: official; EXP: the duties of the Parliamentary Services include: planning and organising the sessions and the meetings of the committees, providing secretarial services, carrying out translation work and taking the minutes of the resolutions and debates of the Councils, the United Chambers of the Federal Assembly and the committees, keeping records and offering services in relation to records and information technologies, advising the Assembly members, and in particular the Presiding colleges of the Councils and the chairpersons of the committees on factual and pro-cedural matters, informing the general public about the Federal Assembly and its activities, assisting the Federal Assembly in its activities with regard to international relations

USG: officiel; EXP: les Services du Parlement sont chargés notamment de planifier et d'organiser les sessions ainsi que les séances des commissions, d'exécuter les travaux de secrétariat, les travaux de traduction et l'établissement des procès-verbaux des décisions et des délibérations des conseils, de l'Assemblée fédérale (Chambres réunies) et des commissions, de tenir à jour une documentation et de fournir des services dans les domaines de la documentation et des technologies de l'information, de conseiller les députés, notamment les collèges présidentiels des conseils et des commissions, tant sur le fond qu'en ce qui concerne la procédure, d'informer le public sur l'Assemblée fédérale et ses travaux ainsi que d'assister l'Assemblée fédérale dans l'exercice de ses attributions en matière de relations internationales
