Entscheid, den das Staatssekretariat für Migration (SEM) trifft, wenn eine ausländische Person das Asyl durch falsche Angaben oder Verschweigen wesentlicher Tatsachen erhalten hat, die Sicherheit der Schweiz verletzt oder besonders verwerfliche strafbare Handlungen begangen hat oder wenn Gründe bestehen, die im Abkommen über die Rechtsstellung der Flüchtlinge aufgeführt sind.

Decision taken by the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) if the foreign national has fraudulently obtained asylum or refugee status by providing false information or by concealing essential facts, or if he or she has violated or represents a threat to Switzerland's internal or external security, or has committed a particularly serious criminal offence, or on grounds contained in the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees.

Décision prise par le Secrétariat d'État aux migrations (SEM) lorsqu'un étranger a obtenu l'asile en faisant de fausses déclarations ou en dissumulant des faits essentiels, s'il a porté atteinte à la sécurité de la Suisse ou s'il a commis des actes délictueux particulièrements répréhensibles, ou pour les motifs mentionnés dans la Convention relative au statut des réfugiés.

Decisione presa dalla Segreteria di Stato della migrazione (SEM) se lo straniero ha ottenuto l'asilo tramite dichiarazioni false o dissimulando fatti essenziali, se ha attentato alla sicurezza della Svizzera o ha commesso reati particolarmente reprensibili, o per i motivi menzionati nella Convenzione sullo statuto dei rifugiati.
