Offence committed by any person who deceives the authorities responsible for the implementation of the Foreign Nationals and Integration Act by providing false information or withholding essential information and thereby fraudulently secures the grant of a permit for themselves or another or prevents the withdrawal of a permit, or who, with the intention of circumventing the regulations on the admission and stay of foreign nationals, marries a foreign national or arranges, encourages or facilitates such a marriage.

Reato commesso da chiunque inganna le autorità incaricate dell'esecuzione della legge sugli stranieri e la loro integrazione fornendo dati falsi o tacendo fatti essenziali e ottiene in tal modo, per sé o per altri, il rilascio di un permesso o evita che il permesso sia ritirato, o chiunque, nell'intento di eludere le disposizioni in materia di ammissione e di soggiorno degli stranieri, contrae matrimonio con uno straniero o facilita, incoraggia o rende possibile un siffatto matrimonio.

Strafbare Handlung, die begeht, wer die mit dem Vollzug des Ausländer- und Integrationsgesetzes betrauten Behörden durch falsche Angaben oder Verschweigen wesentlicher Tatsachen täuscht und dadurch die Erteilung einer Bewilligung für sich oder andere erschleicht oder bewirkt, dass der Entzug einer Bewilligung unterbleibt, oder wer in der Absicht, die Vorschriften über die Zulassung und den Aufenthalt ausländischer Personen zu umgehen, eine Ehe mit einer Ausländerin oder einem Ausländer eingeht oder den Abschluss einer solchen Ehe vermittelt, fördert oder ermöglicht.
