Obligation de diligence et obligation en cas de soupçon de blanchiment d'argent auxquelles une maison de jeu satisfait lors d'opérations de caisses portant sur des sommes importantes en procédant, selon ses directives internes, soit à l'identification de tous les visiteurs qui, par l'achat et la vente de jetons, par le paiement d'appareils à sous, par l'émission de chèques ou par des opérations au comptant, effectuent une ou plusieurs transactions paraissant liées entre elles et dépassant un certain montant limite, soit en procédant à l'identification de tous les visiteurs, à l'entrée de la maison de jeu.

Obbligo di diligenza e obbligo in caso di sospetto di riciclaggio di denaro, che una casa da gioco adempie in caso di transazioni di cassa di notevole valore sia, a seconda delle sue direttive interne, identificando il cliente che, in occasione di acquisti e vendite di gettoni, pagamenti di apparecchi automatici, emissione e incasso di assegni o transazioni in contanti, effettua una o più transazioni verosimilmente connesse tra loro per un importo superiore ad una soglia massima definita, sia identificando immediatamente tutti i clienti all'entrata della casa da gioco.
