USG: die Differenzierung zwischen "accountability" und "responsibility" lässt sich im Deutschen kaum nachvollziehen, da beide Ausdrücke am ehesten mit "Verantwortung" oder einem verwandten Terminus wiedergegeben werden; EXP: beinhaltet die Beachtung von sozialen Mindeststandards in produzierenden Unternehmen, z. B. das Verbot von Kinder- und Zwangsarbeit, das Verbot von Diskriminierung aufgrund von Rasse, Geschlecht oder Religion, das Recht auf Versammlungsfreiheit, auf Organisation in Gewerkschaften und auf kollektive Lohnverhandlungen sowie die Garantie von existenzsichernden Löhnen (a); "SA" ist die Abkürzung des englischen Terminus "social accountability"
