Nach der engen Zustimmungslösung ist die Entnahme von Organen, Geweben und Zellen nur dann zulässig, wenn die verstorbene Person dieser zu Lebzeiten zugestimmt hat. Liegt keine Zustimmung zu einer Entnahme vor, so wird dies wie eine Ablehnung gewertet. Ohne Zustimmung der spendenden Person ist somit eine Entnahme unzulässig.

Secondo il modello del consenso in senso stretto, il prelievo di organi, tessuti o cellule è ammesso solo se la persona deceduta vi aveva acconsentito quando era ancora in vita. L’assenza di un consenso viene sempre interpretata come un rifiuto. Pertanto, senza consenso del donatore il prelievo non è ammesso.
