Wohneigentum, das eine bei einer Einrichtung der beruflichen Vorsorge versicherte Person an ihrem Wohnsitz oder an ihrem gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltsort nutzt bzw. nutzen möchte und für dessen Erwerb sie ihren Anspruch auf Vorsorgeleistungen geltend machen oder einen Betrag bis zur Höhe ihrer Freizügigkeitsleistung verpfänden oder vorbeziehen darf.

Property which is used by a person insured by an occupational benefits scheme as his or her only or habitual residence and for the acquisition of which the insured person may pledge or obtain a prepayment of benefits or of an amount up to the equivalent of his or her vested benefits.

Logement utilisé par une personne assurée auprès d'une institution de la prévoyance professionnelle à son lieu de domicile ou à son lieu de séjour habituel dont l'acquisition peut être financée par la personne assurée au moyen d'une mise en gage de son droit aux prestations de prévoyance ou d'un montant à concurrence de sa prestation de libre passage.
