Der Aufsicht des Bundesamtes für Sozialversicherungen unterstellte, paritätisch verwaltete und von den ihr angeschlossenen Vorsorgeeinrichtungen finanzierte öffentlich-rechtliche Stiftung, die einen Sicherheitsfonds zur Erfüllung folgender Aufgaben führt: Ausrichtung von Zuschüssen an Vorsorgeeinrichtungen mit ungünstiger Altersstruktur sowie Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen und teilweise der darüber hinausgehenden reglementarischen Leistungen von zahlungsunfähig gewordenen oder liquidierten Vorsorgeeinrichtungen.

Public foundation, supervised by the Federal Office for Social Security, administered by an equal number of employer and employee representatives and funded by the occupational benefits schemes which are affiliated to it which administers a guarantee fund with the following tasks: paying subsidies to schemes with unfavourable age structures, guaranteeing payment of legally stipulated benefits for occupational benefits schemes which have become insolvent or where there are unclaimed assets from liquidated occupational benefits schemes, and safeguarding part of the benefits from occupational benefits schemes which exceed the statutory benefits.

Fondation de droit public placée sous la surveillance de l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales, gérée de façon paritaire et financée par les institutions de prévoyance affiliées, qui fonctionne comme fonds de garantie et remplit les tâches suivantes: versement des subsides aux institutions de prévoyance dont la structure d'âge est défavorable, garantie, en cas d'insolvabilité des institutions de prévoyance ou en cas d'avoirs oubliés par des institutions liquidées, des prestations légales et d'une partie des prestations réglementaires qui vont au-delà de celles-ci.

Fondazione di diritto pubblico sottoposta alla vigilanza dell'Ufficio federale delle assicurazioni sociali, amministrata pariteticamente e finanziata dalle istituzioni di previdenza affiliate, che gestisce un fondo di garanzia e si fa carico dei seguenti compiti: versamento di sovvenzioni ad istituti di previdenza con una struttura d'età sfavorevole e garanzia delle prestazioni legali di istituzioni divenute insolvibili o liquidate nonché di una parte delle prestazioni regolamentari più estese delle istituzioni divenute insolvibili.
