Von einer Vorsorgeeinrichtung in der Regel als Rente ausgerichtete Versicherungsleistung, auf die eine Person Anspruch hat, die zu mindestens 40 Prozent invalid ist und bei Eintritt der Arbeitsunfähigkeit, deren Ursache zur Invalidität geführt hat, versichert war oder die infolge eines Geburtsgebrechens bzw. einer vor der Volljährigkeit eingetretenen Invalidität bei Aufnahme einer Erwerbstätigkeit zu 20 bis 40 Prozent arbeitsunfähig und bei Erhöhung der für die Invalidität ursächlichen Arbeitsunfähigkeit entsprechend versichert war.

Insurance benefit usually paid by an occupational benefits scheme in the form of a pension, to which a person is entitled who is at least 40 per cent incapable of work in terms of the provisions on Federal Invalidity Insurance, and who was insured at the commencement of incapacity to work, the cause of which led to invalidity, or who was 20 to 40 per cent incapable of work on starting work due to a congenital disorder or to a condition causing invalidity which began before the person reached the age of majority, with the result that the person was adequately insured when the level of invalidity increased.

Prestation d'assurance allouée par une institution de prévoyance en règle générale sous forme de rente, à laquelle a droit une personne qui est invalide à raison de 40 pour cent au moins et qui était assurée lorsqu'est survenue l'incapacité de travail dont la cause est à l'origine de l'invalidité ou une personne à la suite d'une infirmité congénitale ou d'une invalidité avant sa majorité, atteinte d'une incapacité de travail comprise entre 20 et 40 pour cent au début de l'activité lucrative et qui était assurée en conséquence lorsque l'incapacité de travail à l'origine de l'invalidité s'est aggravée.

Prestazione assicurata versata da un istituto di previdenza di regola sotto forma di rendita, cui ha diritto una persona invalida per almeno il 40 per cento e assicurata all'insorgere dell'incapacità di lavoro, la cui causa ha portato all'invalidità, o una persona che, in seguito ad un'infermità congenita o ad un'invalidità insorta prima della maggiore età, presentava un'incapacità al lavoro tra il 20 e il 40 per cento all'inizio dell'attività lucrativa ed era assicurata di conseguenza all'aggravarsi dell'incapacità che ha causato l'invalidità.
