En ce qui concerne les élèves issus de la migration, les cantons apportent, par des mesures d'organisation, leur soutien aux cours de langue et de culture d'origine (cours LCO) organisés par les pays d'origine et les différentes communautés linguistiques dans le respect de la neutralité religieuse et politique.
