EXP: le système du tiers garant est la règle, sauf convention contraire entre les assureurs et les fournisseurs de prestations (a); la facture du fournisseur de prestations est donc adressée à l’assuré, qui la transmet ensuite à son assureur. Celui-ci contrôle la facture et rembourse à l’assuré le montant qu’il prend en charge, déduction faite de la participation aux coûts.
