Offence against property in which a person gives or promises creditors special advantages in order to obtain their votes at the creditors' meeting or on the creditors' committee, or to obtain their consent to a judicial composition agreement, or gives or promises a member of the bankruptcy administration special advantages in order to obtain his vote, or causes another to give him or promise him such advantages.
