Offence against property in which a person gives or promises a creditor or his representative special advantages in order to obtain his vote at the creditors'meeting or on the creditors'committee, or to obtain his consent to or rejection of a judicial composition agreement, or gives or promises the administrator in bankruptcy, a member of the bankruptcy administration, the Commissioner, or the liquidator special advantages in order to influence his decisions, or causes another to give him or promise him such advantages.
