Offence against property in which a debtor against whom bankruptcy proceedings have been commenced or in respect of whom a certificate of unsatisfied claims has been issued reduces his assets to the detriment of his creditors by damaging, destroying or reducing the value of any assets or rendering them unusable, disposing of any assets for no consideration or for a consideration that is clearly negligible in value or by waiving, without material grounds, any rights which may accrue thereon or by renouncing rights for no consideration.

Infraction contre le patrimoine commise par un débiteur déclaré en faillite ou contre lequel un acte de défaut de biens a été dressé et qui, au détriment de ses créanciers, diminue son actif en endommageant, détruisant, dépréciant ou mettant hors d'usage des valeurs patrimoniales, en cédant des valeurs patrimoniales à titre gratuit ou contre une prestation de valeur manifestement inférieure, en refusant sans raison valable des droits qui lui reviennent ou en renonçant gratuitement à des droits.

Reato contro il patrimonio commesso da un debitore nei confronti del quale è stato dichiarato il fallimento o al quale è stato rilasciato un attestato di carenza di beni, che, in danno dei suoi creditori, diminuisce il proprio attivo in quanto deteriora, distrugge, svaluta o rende inservibili valori patrimoniali, aliena gratuitamente o contro una prestazione manifestamente inferiore valori patrimoniali, rifiuta senza validi motivi diritti che gli spettano o rinuncia gratuitamente a tali diritti.
