​Der erste Informatikpraktiker mit eidgenössischem Berufsattest (EBA) der Bundesverwaltung hat die Lehre in der Informatik EDA erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Die zweijährige Ausbildung legt einen starken Fokus auf die Praxis und bietet einen Einblick in die verschiedenen Support-Bereiche der IT EDA. Das Berufsbild beinhaltet folgende Hauptaufgaben:
◾Installieren und Warten von Personalcomputern (PC) und Zusatzgeräten. 
◾Einrichten neuer PC-Arbeitsplätze und Lösen von Informatikproblemen.
◾Installationen von Hardware, Betriebssystem und Software sowie Peripheriegeräten (Drucker, Modem, Scanner, Webcams usw.). Verbinden der Arbeitsplätze mit dem Netzwerk.
