Diplomatic and consular candidates and SDC \hjunior programme officers\s have already completed two sets of exams and interviews before being admitted to the practical training that is part of the recruitment process. They have to successfully complete this training and pass a final course and an evaluation before they are admitted to the diplomatic or consular service or can be recruited as a programme officer at the SDC.
