Die Leistungsbeurteilung dient - unter Berücksichtigung der Ergebnisse der Zielüberprüfung gemäss Art. 17 - der Beurteilung der Erreichung der vereinbarten Ziele, der Aufgaben gemäss Aufgabenkatalog bzw. Stellenbeschreibung, der gesamten Arbeitsleistung sowie der Diskussion möglicher Ursachen für nur teilweise oder gar nicht erreichte Ziele bzw. für nicht oder nicht in jeder Hinsicht genügende Leistungen. Sie bildet die Grundlage für die Lohnentwicklung im kommenden Jahr.
Performance appraisals – taking the results of the objectives review in line with Art. 17 into account – are used to assess the achievement of agreed objectives as well as of tasks in the task list or the job description, including overall work performance and discussion on possible reasons for objectives that are not or only partially achieved, or for performances that are not satisfactory or not satisfactory in every respect. This serves as a basis for salary progression in the coming year.
La valutazione delle prestazioni, effettuata tenendo conto dei risultati della verifica degli obiettivi di cui all’articolo 17, serve a esaminare il conseguimento degli obiettivi convenuti, lo svolgimento delle attività elencate nel catalogo dei compiti o nella descrizione del posto e la prestazione lavorativa globale nonché a discutere delle possibili cause del totale o parziale mancato raggiungimento degli obiettivi o di eventuali prestazioni totalmente o parzialmente insufficienti. Tale valutazione costituisce la base per l’evoluzione dello stipendio nell’anno successivo.
