Streng genommen müsste für diesen Begriff im Deutschen "Nahrungssicherheit" verwendet werden. Aufgrund der umfassenderen Definition von "Ernährungssicherheit" wird aber in der Praxis meist "Ernährungssicherheit" verwendet, ungeachtet der Nuance.
