Linguistic Context
Das Team Aus- und Weiterbildung (alt: Bildung und Gesundheitsförderung) erarbeitet Konzepte, Interventionen und Massnahmen zur Entwicklung der Fach- und Führungskompetenzen sowie zur Förderung eines gesundheitsbewussten Verhaltens von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften und setzt diese in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern um. Kurse für das Führungskader des EDA; Unterstützungsangebot für das Rotationspersonal der DEZA; spezifische Weiterbildungsmodule für die Angehörigen der versetzbaren Dienste und für lokal angestellte Mitarbeitende; Einführungsmodule für neue Mitarbeitende an der Zentrale; Einbringen gesundheitsfördernder Anliegen in HR-Projekten; Finanzielle Beiträge an EDA-Sportclubs.
