Ziel ist die Übergabe und somit die Ausreise der schutzsuchenden Person in den zuständigen Mitgliedstaat B. Aus der Sicht von Mitgliedstaat B handelt es sich bei dem oben geschilderten Beispiel um ein In-Verfahren.
