Der Bundesrat hat anlässlich seiner Sitzung vom 18. Dezember 2020 das Konzept für die Einführung kollektiver Arbeitsplätze (Desksharing) gutgeheissen. Dieses sieht für Standardbüroarbeitsplätze der Bundesverwaltung grundsätzlich die Einführung von Desksharing in Verbindung mit der Förderung flexibler Arbeitsformen vor.

Le flex office est pratiquement toujours associé au desk sharing ou « poste de travail partagé ». Le collaborateur ne dispose pas de bureau dédié : lorsqu’il arrive le matin, il récupère ses affaires (ordinateur portable, souris…) dans un casier personnel et s’installe à un bureau libre.

Nella seduta del 18 dicembre 2020 il Consiglio federale ha approvato il piano per introdurre postazioni di lavoro condivise («desk sharing»). Esso prevede, in linea di principio, l’introduzione del «desk sharing» per le postazioni di lavoro standard dell’Amministrazione federale e la promozione di forme di lavoro flessibili.
