En faillite, sommation aux créanciers du failli et à ceux qui ont des reven­dications à faire valoir, de produire leurs créances ou revendications à l’office dans le mois qui suit la publication et de lui remettre leurs moyens de preuve et en procédure concordataire, invitation des créanciers par le commissaire à lui indiquer leurs créances dans le délai d’un mois, sous peine d’être exclus des délibérations relatives au concordat.

Nel fallimento, ingiunzione ai creditori del fallito e a tutti coloro che vantano pretese sui beni che sono in suo possesso d’insinuare all’ufficio dei fallimenti, entro un mese dalla pubblicazione, i loro crediti o le loro pretese insieme con i mezzi di prova e, nella procedura concordataria, invito del commissario ai creditori a insinuare entro un mese i loro crediti, sotto la comminatoria che in caso di omissione non avranno diritto di voto nelle deliberazioni sul concordato.
