EXP: wenn über mehrere Mitverpflichtete gleichzeitig der Konkurs eröffnet ist, so kann der Gläubiger in jedem Konkurse seine Forderung im vollen Betrage geltend machen. Der Gläubiger darf jedoch nicht insgesamt mehr erhalten, als ihm im Ganzen zivilrechtlich zusteht.
