DOM: Datenschutz; EXP: werden Personendaten über eine betroffene Person bei dieser selbst erhoben, so liefert ihr der Verantwortliche für die Datenbearbeitung zum Zeitpunkt der Erhebung der Daten eine Reihe von Informationen; der Verantwortliche muss die betroffene Person aber auch dann informieren, wenn die Daten nicht bei dieser selbst erhoben wurden (siehe Art. 13 und 14 DSGVO)
