Offence against public or professional duty in which printed material which does not exclusively serve commercial, business, domestic or social purposes is published without the name of the publisher, the printer and the place of printing being indicated thereon, or in which the name of the editor responsible is not indicated in a newspaper, magazine or periodical or where the person indicated as editor does not in fact hold such a position.

Infraction contre les devoirs de fonction et les devoirs professionnels commise par tout éditeur ou imprimeur d'un imprimé ne servant pas exclusivement aux besoins du trafic, du commerce et de l'industrie, ou à ceux de la vie de famille ou de société et qui consiste à ne pas indiquer le nom de l'éditeur, le nom de l'imprimeur et le lieu d'impression, ou commise par tout éditeur d'un journal ou d'un périodique qui n'indique pas le nom du rédacteur responsable ou désigne une personne interposée comme rédacteur responsable.

Reato contro i doveri d'ufficio e professionali, che consiste, per un editore o uno stampatore di uno stampato non destinato esclusivamente ai bisogni del commercio o dell'industria ovvero alle relazioni di società o di famiglia, nel non indicare il nome dell'editore e dello stampatore e il luogo della stampa, ovvero per l'editore di un giornale o periodico nel non indicare il nome del redattore responsabile o nel indicare un'interposta persona come direttore responsabile.
