Offence against official and professional duty in which a media organisation, at the request of any person, does not reveal immediately and in writing its place of business and the identity of those responsible for its publications, or in which a newspaper, magazine or periodical does not indicate in an inprint the place of business of the media organisation, significant holdings in other organisations and the editor responsible, or in which the person indicated as editor does not in fact hold such a position.

Infraction contre les devoirs de fonction et les devoirs professionnels commise par une entreprise de médias qui n'indique pas immédiatement et par écrit à toute personne qui le demande l'adresse du siège de l'entreprise et l'identité du responsable de la publication, ainsi que par un journal ou un périodique qui ne mentionne pas dans chaque édition l'adresse du siège de l'entreprise de médias, les participations importantes dans d'autres entreprises ainsi que le nom du rédacteur responsable ou qui désigne une personne interposée comme responsable de la publication.

Reato contro i doveri d'ufficio e professionali commesso da un'impresa dei mezzi di comunicazione che non rende note, senza indugio e per scritto, ad ogni persona che lo domanda, la propria sede nonché l'identità del responsabile, o da un giornale o una rivista che non indica nell'impressum la sede dell'impresa, le partecipazioni rilevanti in altre imprese nonché il nome del redattore responsabile o che indica un'interposta persona come responsabile della pubblicazione.
