Offence against property in which a person with the intention of obtaining a financial advantage for himself or another, exploits the inexperience of a person in stock market transactions or that person's carelessness in order to incite that person to speculate in securities or commodities, when he knows or should know that the amount speculated is disproportionate to the wealth of the person incited.

Infraction contre le patrimoine commise par quiconque, dans le dessein de se procurer ou de procurer à un tiers un avantage pécuniaire, abuse de l'inexpérience d'une personne dans les affaires de bourse ou de sa légèreté pour l'entraîner à spéculer sur des papiers-valeurs ou des marchandises, alors qu'il sait ou doit savoir que ces opérations sont en disproportion évidente avec la fortune du spéculateur.

Reato contro il patrimonio commesso da chiunque, al fine di procurare a sé o ad altri un vantaggio pecuniario, profitta dell'inesperienza di una persona in affari di borsa o della leggerezza di lei per indurla a speculazioni su titoli di credito o merci, sapendo o dovendo sapere che tali speculazioni sono in manifesta sproporzione col patrimonio dello speculatore.
