Offence against property in which a person, whether a founder, partner, manager, director, authorised representative or member of a management or auditing body, or as a liquidator of a trading company or a co-operative makes or causes to be made a false statement of substantial significance by means of a public announcement, or of a report or submission to the general meeting.
