Übertretung, die eine Ärztin oder ein Arzt begeht, der oder die eine Schwangerschaft abbricht und es unterlässt, von der schwangeren Frau ein schriftliches Gesuch zu verlangen, persönlich mit der schwangeren Frau ein eingehendes Gespräch zu führen und sie zu beraten, sie über die gesundheitlichen Risiken des Eingriffs zu informieren und ihr gegen Unterschrift einen Leitfaden mit Informationen über bestehende Hilfsangebote auszuhändigen sowie sich persönlich zu vergewissern, dass eine schwangere Frau unter 16 Jahren sich an eine für Jugendliche spezialisierte Beratungsstelle gewandt hat, oder es unterlässt, einen Schwangerschaftsabbruch der zuständigen Gesunheitsbehörde zu melden.

Contravention commise par un médecin qui interrompt une grossesse et omet avant l'intervention d'exiger de la femme enceinte une requête écrite, de s'entretenir lui-même de manière approfondie avec elle, de la conseiller et de l'informer sur les risques médicaux de l'intervention, de lui remettre contre signature un dossier contenant des informations sur l'offre d'assistance disponible et de s'assurer lui-même, si la femme enceinte a moins de seize ans, qu'elle s'est adressée à un centre de consultation spécialisé pour mineurs, ou qui omet d'aviser l'autorité de santé publique compétente de l'interruption de grossesse pratiquée.

Contravvenzione commessa da un medico che interrompe una gravidanza e prima dell'intervento omette di chiedere alla gestante una richiesta scritta, di tenere personalmente un colloquio approfondito con essa e di fornirle tutte le informazioni utili, di informarla sui rischi medici dell'intervento e consegnarle, contro firma, un opuscolo contenente informazioni sull'offerta di aiuti disponibili nonché di assicurarsi personalmente che la gestante di meno di sedici anni si sia rivolta a un consultorio per minorenni, o che omette di annunciare all'autorità sanitaria competente l'interruzione della gravidanza.
