EXP: ist im Wettkampf verboten, wird aber oft in Aufführungen ausgeführt. Die Landung erfolgt in der Regel auf zwei Füssen oder auf einem Fuss bei den begabtesten Läufern / Läuferinnen, in diesem Fall auf einem Rückwärts-Aussenkante. Die Beine können während der Rotation gestreckt, geschlossen und gegen den Rumpf gebeugt oder in einer Spreizposition gehalten werden
