USG: üblich; EXP: ist der einzige Sprung, der nach vorne abgesprungen wird. Er ist ein einfacher Sprung, obwohl er aus mehr als eine Drehung besteht, und weist daher einen Schwierigkeitsgrad auf, der zwischen den einfachen und doppelten Sprüngen liegt. Er kann doppelt oder dreifach sein.
