La regolamentazione dell’imposizione minima dell’OCSE [...] prevede anche un obbligo per i gruppi di imprese interessati di presentare una dichiarazione di informazioni, la cosiddetta dichiarazione GloBE (GloBE Information Return, GIR). Si tratta di una speciale dichiarazione fiscale che incombe alle imprese multinazionali con lo scopo di fornire alle autorità fiscali interessate, a livello mondiale, informazioni sugli utili e sulle imposte versate dal gruppo di imprese. Le autorità fiscali svizzere possono utilizzarla a loro volta per verificare la plausibilità delle dichiarazioni delle imprese assoggettate all’imposta integrativa.
