DOM: Transplantationsmedizin; EXP: Entnahme zu Übertragungszwecken (a); Organe dürfen einer verstorbenen Person entnommen werden, wenn: sie vor ihrem Tod einer Entnahme zugestimmt hat und der Tod festgestellt worden ist (b); sie dürfen einer lebenden Person entnommen werden, wenn: sie urteilsfähig und volljährig ist; sie umfassend informiert worden ist und frei und schriftlich zugestimmt hat; für ihr Leben oder ihre Gesundheit kein ernsthaftes Risiko besteht; die Empfängerin oder der Empfänger mit keiner anderen therapeutischen Methode von vergleichbarem Nutzen behandelt werden kann (c)

DOM: transplant medicine; EXP: removal for transplantation purposes (a); organs may be removed from a deceased person if the person has consented before his or her death to the removal and death has been determined (b); they may be removed from a living person if: that person is capable of judgement and has reached the age of majority; that person has been informed comprehensively and has freely given his or her consent in writing; there is no serious risk to his or her life or health; the recipient cannot be treated with any other therapeutic method with comparable benefit (c)
