Description
Assembly to which, on the basis of a cooperation agreement between the Confederation and all the cantons, the following areas of responsibility are transferred: the determination of the general financial conditions for coordination of the entire Swiss higher education sector by the Confederation and the cantons subject to their respective financial authority, the determination of reference costs and contribution categories and the formulation of recommendations on payment of scholarships and issuing of loans by the cantons.

Conférence à laquelle sont déléguées, sur la base d'une convention de coopération entre la Confédération et les cantons, les compétences suivantes: définir le cadre financier de la coordination nationale des activités de la Confédération et des cantons dans le domaine des hautes écoles, sous réserve de leurs compétences financières, définir les coûts de référence et les catégories de contributions et émettre des recommandations concernant l'octroi de bourses et de prêts par les cantons.

Assemblea alla quale sono attribuite, sulla base di una Convenzione sulla cooperazione tra Confederazione e Cantoni, le seguenti competenze: definire le condizioni quadro finanziarie per il coordinamento a livello nazionale della politica universitaria di Confederazione e Cantoni, fatte salve le loro competenze in materia finanziaria, definire i costi di riferimento e le categorie di sussidio come pure formulare raccomandazioni sull'assegnazione di borse di studio e prestiti da parte dei Cantoni.
