Le 7 juin 2018, le Conseil des États a introduit dans le PF 17 une compensation sociale en faveur de l'AVS à hauteur de 2 milliards de francs. Désormais, le projet est donc intitulé loi fédérale relative à la réforme fiscale et au financement de l'AVS (RFFA).
