Linguistic Context
Im Frühjahr erzeugter Macchia-Honig auf Heidekrautbasis (Erica arborea) weist wegen der Tracht aus diesen Blüten ein geringes Fructose/Glucose-Verhältnis und einen hohen Gehalt an Di- und Trisacchariden auf, weshalb diese Honigarten sehr schnell kristallisieren.
