EXP: [Kooperierende Archive] können untereinander Daten bestellen und übernehmen. Kooperierende Archive müssen sich einigen, mindestens ein gemeinsames Übergabeinformationspaket und Auslieferungsinformationspaket für Anfragen zwischen den Archiven unterstützen.
