Contravention of the provisions of the federal law in which a person prevents or attempts to prevent a tenant by the threat of detrimental consequences, and in particular the termination of the lease, from contesting the level of rent or other claims of the landlord, or serves notice of termination on the tenant because the tenant asserts or wishes to assert his lawful rights, or unlawfully demands or attempts to demand payment of rent or other claims after the failure of an attempt to reach agreement thereon or following a court judgment thereon.

Contravention à des dispositions du droit fédéral commise par une personne qui, en menaçant le locataire de désavantages tels que la résiliation du bail, l'empêche ou tente de l'empêcher de contester le montant du loyer ou d'autres prétentions du bailleur, qui dénonce le bail parce que le locataire sauvegarde ou se propose de sauvegarder ses droits, ou qui, de manière illicite, applique ou tente d'appliquer un loyer ou fait valoir ou tente de faire valoir d'autres prétentions à la suite de l'échec de la tentative de conciliation ou à la suite d'une décision judiciaire.

Contravvenzione a disposizioni del diritto federale commessa da chiunque, minacciando svantaggi, segnatamente lo scioglimento successivo del rapporto di locazione, impedisce o tenta di impedire al conduttore di contestare pigioni o altre pretese del locatore, dà la disdetta al conduttore poiché questi tutela o intende tutelare i suoi diritti, o impone o tenta di imporre illecitamente pigioni o altre pretese dopo il fallimento di un esperimento di conciliazione o dopo una decisione giuridica.
