Offence against official and professional duty in which a public official, employee or auxiliary of an organisation providing postal or telecommunications services reveals to a third party details of customers' post, payments or telecommunications, opens sealed mail or tries to find out its content, allows a third party the opportunity to carry out such an act, or in which a person by deception causes a public official, employee or auxiliary of an organisation providing postal or telecommunication services to breach his obligation of secrecy.

Infraction contre les devoirs de fonction et les devoirs professionnels commise par un fonctionnaire, un employé ou un auxiliaire d'une organisation fournissant des services postaux ou de télécommunication qui transmet à un tiers des renseignements sur les relations postales, le trafic des paiements ou les télécommunications de la clientèle, ouvre un envoi fermé, cherche à prendre connaissance de son contenu ou fournit à un tiers l'occasion de se livrer à un tel acte, ou commise par une personne qui détermine par la tromperie un fonctionnaire, un employé ou un auxiliaire d'une organisation fournissant des services postaux ou de télécommunication à violer l'obligation de garder le secret.

Reato contro i doveri d'ufficio e professionali commesso da chiunque, nella sua qualità di funzionario, impiegato o ausiliario di un'organizzazione che fornisce servizi postali o delle telecomunicazioni, comunica a terzi informazioni concernenti le relazioni postali, il traffico dei pagamenti o il traffico delle telecomunicazioni dei clienti, apre invii postali chiusi, cerca di scoprirne il contenuto o dà a terzi occasione di commettere simili reati, o da chiunque, per dolo, induce un funzionario, impiegato o ausiliario di un'organizzazione che fornisce servizi postali o delle telecomunicazioni a violare l'obbligo di conservare il segreto.
