Offence in which a person, without the intention of committing the offence of forgery, reproduces or imitates bank notes, produces objects which in their appearance, weight and size are similar to the coins in circulation, or which show the nominal value or other characteristics of coins which have been officially struck, or reproduces or imitates official stamps, and thus creates the risk that persons or machines will confuse such notes, coins or stamps with genuine notes, or coins which are in circulation, or genuine stamps, or in which a person imports, offers or puts into circulation such objects.

Infraction commise par une personne qui, sans dessein de commettre un faux, reproduit ou imite des billets de banque, fabrique des objets dont la frappe, le poids ou les dimensions sont semblables à ceux des pièces de monnaie ayant cours légal ou qui possèdent les valeurs nominales ou d'autres caractéristiques d'une frappe officielle, qui reproduit ou imite des timbres officiels de valeur de telle manière que ces reproductions ou imitations créent, pour des personnes ou des appareils, un risque de confusion avec les billets authentiques ou avec les pièces de monnaie ayant cours légal, ou créent un risque de confusion avec les timbres authentiques, ou encore qui importe de tels objets ou les met en vente ou en circulation.

Reato commesso da chiunque, senza fine di falsificazione, riproduce o imita biglietti di banca, fabbrica oggetti simili per conio, peso o dimensioni alle monete in corso, o che presentano valori nominali o singole particolarità di una coniatura ufficiale, riproduce o imita valori di bollo ufficiali in modo che possa esistere il pericolo di confusione da parte di persone o apparecchi con i biglietti di banca autentici, con le monete in corso o con i valori di bollo ufficiali, o da chiunque importa, mette in vendita o in circolazione siffatti oggetti.
