Stock exchange offence in which a person, with the intention of exerting a significant influence on the price of securities admitted to trading on a stock exchange or similar institution in Switzerland and in order to secure an unlawful financial gain for himself or another, wilfully disseminates misleading information or purchases or sells such securities, whereby the purchase and sale are mutually entered into directly or indirectly for the account of the same persons or persons linked together for that purpose.

Infraction boursière commise par une personne qui dans l'intention d'influencer notablement le cours de valeurs mobilières admises au négoce d'une bourse ou d'une organisation analogue à une bourse en Suisse et afin d'obtenir pour lui-même ou pour un tiers un avantage pécuniaire, diffuse sciemment des informations fausses ou trompeuses ou effectue des achats et des ventes de ces valeurs mobilières, imputés directement ou indirectement à la même personne ou à des personnes liées dans ce but.

Reato borsistico commesso da chiunque, nell'intento di influenzare notevolmente il corso di valori mobiliari ammessi al commercio in una borsa o in un'istituzione analoga alla borsa in Svizzera per procacciare a sé o ad altri un vantaggio patrimoniale, diffonda in malafede informazioni false o fuorvianti oppure effettui acquisti e vendite di siffatti valori mobiliari direttamente o indirettamente per conto della medesima persona o di persone unite a questo scopo.
