Form der Kindsmisshandlung, bei der eine nahe stehende Person (häufig die Mutter) bei einem Kind Anzeichen einer Krankheit vortäuscht oder aktiv erzeugt, um es wiederholt zur medizinischen Abklärung vorzustellen.
