EXP: bei den zwei Patienten handelt es sich meist um ein Kind und einen Erwachsenen (a), seltener auch um zwei Erwachsene (b); hat die Nationale Zuteilungsstelle die Patientin oder den Patienten mit der höchsten Priorität ermittelt und ist aufgrund des Alters und des Körpergewichts der Spenderin oder des Spenders zu erwarten, dass die Leber geteilt werden kann, so nimmt sie zusammen mit den in Frage kommenden Transplantationszentren unverzüglich entsprechende Abklärungen vor (c)

EXP: dans la majorité des cas, ce type de transplantation s’utilise pour un enfant et un adulte en attente de foie ou, de façon très rare, pour deux adultes de petite taille (a); lorsque le Service national des attributions a déterminé le patient correspondant au degré de priorité le plus élevé et que l’âge et le poids du donneur laissent présumer que le foie peut être divisé, il entreprend immédiatement les vérifications nécessaires avec les centres de transplantation entrant en ligne de compte (b)

EXP: tipo di trapianto eseguito di solito su un bambino e un adulto o, raramente, su due adulti di piccola taglia (a); se ha selezionato il paziente con il grado di priorità più alto e se l’età e il peso del donatore lasciano presumere che il fegato può essere diviso, il Servizio nazionale di attribuzione intraprende immediatamente le verifiche necessarie con i centri di trapianto che entrano in considerazione (b)
