EXP: "ICRMW" ist die Abkürzung des englischen Namens "International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families"; das Übereinkommen wurde von der UNO-Generalversammlung in ihrer Resolution 45/158 vom 18. Dezember 1990 verabschiedet, ist am 1. Juli 2003 in Kraft getreten und wurde von der Schweiz weder unterzeichnet noch ratifiziert; es hat zum Ziel, Wanderarbeiterinnen und Wanderarbeiter sowie ihre Familien unabhängig von ihrem Migrationsstatus vor Ausbeutung und Verletzungen ihrer Menschenrechte zu schützen
